TV favourite Davina McCall has confessed there's only so much she can take on as she reveals what life's been like since her brain operation. The beloved presenter, 57, underwent surgery to have a benign brain tumour removed last year – an ordeal that's got her thinking about what comes next in life.
But it's also an experience that the former Big Brother legend says has given her a fresh perspective as she makes her comeback with exciting new projects like Stranded on Honeymoon Island. When she's not busy presenting, Davina has also penned a new book called Birthing.
Davina is mum to three kids - Holly, 23, Tilly, 21, and Chester, 19 - who she shares with former husband Matthew Robinson, with the pair going their separate ways in 2017.

For the last six years she's been loved-up with hairdresser Michael Douglas, who even joined her on set for her latest programme to offer support.
Chatting to Hello! about juggling her career with looking after her wellbeing, she revealed: "I love work, but there is a limit. I must also take it easy, so I've got to be careful that I don't end up taking on too much. I often work long hours, and I need to remember to take care of myself as well."

Davina has also opened up about how her operation affected her romance with Michael, revealing it's made their bond even stronger and fuelled whispers about a possible wedding.
She shared: "It's been a big old journey for both of us, and what's been amazing is that our relationship has strengthened in a very deep way.
"We've always been really good friends who ended up falling in love. It's like being 30 again, the number of people who are asking me if I'm getting married. It's hilarious."

Davina has previously opened up about her relationship with Michael, revealing that although they had known each other for two decades, it was a sudden realisation that sparked their romance.
Speaking to The Guardian, she said: "It was more of a coup de foudre (a sudden unforeseen event). A lightning bolt.
"I probably don't want to talk about this because I have to think about Matthew. Michael and I were really good friends because we were hairdresser and client.
"I told him all of my secrets, about how I was feeling, and he was a brilliant sounding board. He would share his experiences; I would share my experiences.
"We would help each other navigate things. And he was in love with his wife and I was in love with my husband, so it was us trying to help each other through our lives. That's what's so mad about it. And then coup de foudre. Mad. Like I'd put on a different pair of glasses."
