
The M5 has been closed in both directions after a vehicle fire near Exeter on Wednesday morning.
A lorry carrying electric vehicles burst into flames casuing the motorway to be closed between junction 28 at Cullompton and junction 29 for Exeter. The incident happened at just after 6:30am this morning, according to police.
National Highways said a car transporter carrying nine electric vehicles had caught fire on the southbound carriageway.
